This is a relaxed, no-pressure moment to get to know each other and talk about your ideas. We’ll see if there’s a good fit and if I can bring your vision to life in a way that feels right. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll put together a proposal for your shoot.

Next steps
Once we’ve agreed it’s a good fit, I’ll create a personalised proposal for your shoot. It includes all the details, pricing, and any important notes. If everything looks good, I’ll send an invoice for the retainer, once that’s paid, your shoot is officially confirmed.

Booking & Retainer
To secure your shoot, a retainer is required:
- Branding & Lifestyle sessions: 30% at booking, remaining balance due 7 days before the shoot
- Weddings: 40% at booking, remaining balance due 7 days before the wedding day
- Events: payment terms as stated in your proposal
STEP 05
Preparation & Shoot
Once your shoot is confirmed, we move into the fun part, preparing for your session. I’ll guide you with styling tips and practical details so you feel confident and ready.
On the day, I work in a calm and relaxed way, keeping things natural and flexible. My goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself, while I capture the moments that tell your story, the little gestures, the energy, and the personality that make your shoot truly yours.
STEP 06
Your photos are ready!
After the shoot, I carefully go through all the images and edit them in my signature style. You’ll receive them in a private online gallery.
From there, you can pick your favourite images based on your package. Once your selection is complete, all the final photos will stay available in the gallery for download.
If you’d like more images, they can be added for an additional fee. You can also order prints directly through me, so you can hang your favorites on the wall and admire them every day!
FAQ
I’m not used to being in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I guide you throughout the shoot and create a calm atmosphere, allowing you to feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
What should I wear for the shoot?
For a timeless and elegant look, I recommend solid-colored clothing without bold prints, large logos, or tight-fitting items, as these can distract from the photo. Depending on the type of shoot you’ve booked, we can discuss suitable outfit options together. You’re always welcome to send me photos beforehand or ask for my advice so we can choose what works best for your shoot.
When can I expect the final images?
You can expect the edited images within 1 week after the shoot. Each image is carefully selected and edited to match my timeless and refined style. The photographs are delivered through an online gallery and are available for download in high resolution.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Absolutely. You can order high-quality prints through me, perfect for displaying your images at home.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing purposes?
Of course. The images may be used for personal use, social media and marketing purposes. If the images are intended for broader commercial use, I’m happy to discuss the options. Photo credit is appreciated when sharing the images online. I would appreciate it if you did not apply any additional filters or make any alterations to the images.
Do you also photograph engagement or pre-wedding sessions?
Yes. I love capturing engagement sessions, pre-wedding shoots and registered partnerships. Creating elegant images that celebrate connection and commitment.
How do you work during weddings and events?
I work discreetly with close attention to people and details, while staying connected throughout the day. During weddings, I regularly check in with the couple to make sure everything feels right. At events, I coordinate with the event manager to ensure the flow of the day is captured seamlessly. I work flexibly and adapt easily when plans change, always keeping space for specific wishes along the way.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
I’m based in Zug and available for shoots throughout Switzerland and beyond. Travel costs may apply depending on the distance.
